Baking is therapeutic and relaxing. Baking creates this fantastic homely, cosy, sweet smell. But baking a bread is a bit more special. I cant live a day without bread (and coffee!). it’s like morning coffee, like fresh morning air, it’s an oxygen and a real need.
So, i thought, this Sunday was a perfect time to make these beautiful multi-seed bread rolls for my breakfasts next week. These will be different breakfasts. No high street brand bread slices, but my very own.
Price: about 1.20GBP in total for 11 rolls;
Amazingness: smell and taste like proper home-made self-made bread;
Duration: about 1.5 hour in total.
